Welcome to KN Creative. By purchasing from this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Products and Pricing
   • We sell both original artworks and fine art prints.
   • Prices are inclusive of shipping within the UK but do not include VAT (not applicable).
2. Payment
   • We accept payments via credit/debit cards and PayPal.
   • Payment must be completed in full before dispatch, except for commissioned pieces, which require a 50% deposit.
3. Commissions
   • A 50% deposit is required to begin work on custom commissions.
   • Deposits are non-refundable if the order is canceled by the customer.
4. Delivery
   • All orders are shipped via Royal Mail with tracking included.
   • Delivery times typically range from 1 to 7 days.
5. Returns and Refunds
   • Refunds for original artworks and prints are available within 7 days of receipt, provided the item is returned in its original condition.
   • Return shipping costs may be reimbursed at our discretion.
   • Custom or commissioned artwork is non-refundable, with the deposit retained.
6. Ownership
   • Ownership of purchased items transfers to the buyer once full payment is received.
